I make my picture smaller by right clicking on the picture and telling the computer to send it to an email recipient. I tell it to make the images smaller for sending. Then I copy and paste them into My Pictures. Not the technical way to do it but it works for me. I always skip a line past the last posted message line to keep the photo from being jammed into the writing.
Go to ATTACH FILE and click on it.......
Then to BROWSE....
Then to MY PICTURES which is where I keep mine on my computer. (See mine below in picture)
Then you pick the picture you want.
Then click OPEN......
Then click on POST as a small image or full size image
Then UPLOAD FILE - Then SUBMIT
Click to see full size image
I keep the downloaded re-sizer on my desktop.
I keep my photos in "My Pictures".
Set the re-sizer for "Custom" size. (I re-size ALL of the photos I plan to post before posting them.) Left Click on the photo you want to re-size. Then left click on "Re-size" at the bottom of the box. A new picture will appear next to the original and that one will be labeled, "Custom".
Then go to "Attach File" below this box and it will open a box on your desktop. LEFT click on "Choose file" to find the photo you want to post and left click ONCE on it. Then click, "Open". Pull down on the scroll bar on the RIGHT of the box and then Left click the "Upload File" command. The picture info. will appear in your posting box. If there is too much space between your writing and your photo, you might need to delete all but one space. Then click "Submit".
Please let me know in this forum if you have questions concerning this method of re-sizing.
