I have wondered how you were doing and have been praying for you. I am sorry that things are messed up for you. You have had too much going on in your life lately for your body to handle. You need a complete rest for a nice long time. If I were you, I would start by canceling anything that anyone expects of you for quite some time. Reason: Complete rest needed badly! Tell everyone you know that you have got to do this for your health's sake. Don't make any exceptions to the rule or take on anything that will tire you or stress you in any way. We people who are accustomed to being there for everyone and to doing our duty both in the church, the family and the community feel very guilty doing this but it is the only way to recover at this point. Jf you don't give yourself a break now, you will only get worse and then you will have to do it because you are too ill to do otherwise. Please consider what I say. I have been there, believe me. It worked for me and it will work for you if you will only make yourself do it. I will continue to pray for you and for your recovery.
In His love, Your forever friend |

Most of what is going on now is out of my control. That is what makes it so bad.
I had some kind of episode yesterday with the muscles in my back and around my ribs. Like I was in a vice and could not breath when the spasm took over. It would let up and then hit again. Wasn't my heart. I have been in bed almost the whole time since. I hate it because it puts all the work on DH and that worries me. The boys are being good and that is a help. I can't sit up for long so I'll close now and thank you all so much for your prayers. My doc will not be in until next week so for now it's muscle relaxers and rest. |

| Thanks for letting us know and you just stay in that bed and recover. Expecting things of yourself now is not good. Your hubby doesn't mind and I feel sure he is just glad that he can help you. That is what a good marriage is all about. I am glad the boys are behaving. Maybe they see that you need their help with this situation and maybe someone like your sweet husband has had a little talk with them. They are old enough to be counted on to be helpers rather than causing trouble. Love you and you will remain in my prayers dear friend. Get well soon! |

| Made it to the barn yesterday to do my part of the work. Just moved a bit slower. The relaxers are staving off the spasms so I feel okay. Piddled around in the garden late yesterday evening pullin some weeds. Put a few peppers and a summer squash in the dehydrator this morning. |

| Sounds good! Just maintain a pokey pace and piddle along without rushing and that can't hurt you in my humble opinion. I think that when it turns into hard work that you need to leave it to someone else for a while. |

Had a pretty good day today. Worked at the barn but took it slow. Did get a bit frazzled but I didn't hurt bad.
Our friends we were feeding for got back from TN and brought us some gifts. A horse weathervane and some rhubarb jelly. I have been wanting to taste it. They brought the boys each a cowboy hat.
We went to a cook out at friends and they had a really nice fireworks display. It was fun. I took pics. Hope a few came out.
Hope you all had a good day. |

Sounds like things are looking up a bit for you. I hope you will not take that to mean that you need to get back to your old mode of doing things for quite some time to come. Please let your husband handle the main load and you just cover the gaps. You can get fooled quite easily and think you are back to norm if you don't watch out. I am still praying for you.
