We have been very busy this fall. DH has a job working nights now. He is off on Friday and Saturday nights so we have been taking advantage of his schedule and the nice weather by camping and trail riding on the weekends. Of course, anyone who camps knows that getting ready for a camping trip is a weeklong job. So while DH works during the week and DGS goes to school, I take care of the regular chores of living and try to get ready for a weekend of camping. It's work enough if you take the family camping and maybe let the family dog tag along. Try taking 3 horses and all their equipment along for the trip. Now, you begin to get the picture of how busy my weeks have been. LOL But we have really been having a good time and we know old man winter will be cutting our riding time severely soon so we are enjoying it while we can. We have gone to Patoker Creek Campround in Morgan county twice. We went once to the old German Bridge Campground in Johnson county and we went to the annual Fall Knott County Trail Ride. It was a big one with over 10,000 people throughout the weekend. I'll try to get some pictures up. Hope you enjoy them.

That looks like so much fun. You are smart to have fun while the weather is good.  The pictures are great. I know my husband would be a really good friend to your hubby since my hubby has been an LSU fan forever and ever. He knows everything that team has done since Adam and Eve.

Boy, Knock is becoming quite the rider isn't he?  He is so cute.

Keep riding and keep having a ball. Those are memories no one could ever take away from all of you.

Knock is a very good rider considering he has only been riding for 2 years. He loves it and he has no fear. I am glad he is so confident. I know it will show itself in other areas of his life as he grows.

Geaux Tigers!!!!!!

Good thing we "made our hay while the sun shone". We haven't been able to ride for weeks now because the weather has turned off nasty. But we are patiently waiting for Spring!
