President Obama and Senator Ted Kennedy are out to socialize our health care system, which will destroy it. Obama and his allies want you to be fined if you do not agree to comply with their socialized health care plan requirements. Under this plan, unelected bureaucrats will decide what treatments and what medicines you are eligible to receive.
Then contact your two US Senators and your US Representative and tell them you do not want your healthcare decisions taken away and given to some unelected bureaucrat.
Keep phoning, faxing and e-mailing. Our voices ARE resonating in Washington! Because of overwhelming grassroots pressure, the Senate is holding off on consideration of the "Cap and Trade" tax until after the August recess. We almost stopped it in the House, lets stop it in the Senate.

Professor Gates vs. the Cambridge police and Obama's “stupid police” remark about the incident has reignited the race issue and taken the American people's mind off the dismantling and destruction of our once great nation.
The current administration is rushing our nation into a totalitarian socialist society. The House and the Senate are working on several bills that, if passed, will destroy America's liberty as well as its economy.
Among the top concerns of all Americans should be Healthcare which will limit and reduce care and raise costs, the Cap & Trade climate bill that has little to do with climate control, but every thing to do with people control. These two bills will wreck the “American Dream”, our economy and destroy the dollar.
And there is the Hate Crime bill that will destroy our First Amendment Right to free speech and put our preachers in prison.
Obama is pushing to get these bills passed quickly because he knows the longer they take, the more people will learn just what these bills will do to them. People are already putting pressure on their Senators and their Representatives and they are getting nervous.
Please note that these bills, as with most federal legislation passed and bureaucracies created in the past 100 years, are NOT authorized by our Constitution. How does this happen? Because "We the People" allow it! It is our duty as American patriots to learn the true facts about the issues and to spread the word to those who are asleep.
It is our job to see that those in Washington uphold the Constitution that they swore to uphold. We must warn them that if they continue to ignore our Constitution, we will work very hard to see that they do not return to office at the next election.
Also, the Senate is getting close to appointing Sonia Sotomayor to our Supreme Court for life! She believes that our Constitution is a living document that changes as society changes and that abortion is good for America. She believes that foreign law should influence the Court’s decisions. She believes that race is important in making decisions and she DOES NOT BELIEVE our Second Amendment protects your right to own a gun!

Food Safety?
HR 2749, the Food Safety Enhancement Act, has been put on the fast track and could be voted on this week. Call your US Representative immediately. This bill must be stopped!
This bill will mandate the National Animal Identification System, allow industrialization of all farms and encourage the production of Genetically Modified foods.
This bill will not create food safety. It will give federal bureaucrats the power to force any practices they choose on any farm. It will force small farms to close and centralize production and processing more than it is already.

Anti-Christian Bigotry
Since the early 1900’s there has been an incremental removal of all traces of religion and the heroics of our Founders from our school texts. The Carnegie and other liberal Foundations spent over one hundred fifty million dollars, from 1904 to 1910, to finance a group of college students through graduate school, and to have them rewrite American history to conform to secular humanism.
In 1949, a secularist dominated Supreme Court ruled that our Founders built a wall, “high and impregnable,” separating the church from the state. This was never a law, it was legislation from the bench!
The memory of our heritage is fading from our national memory. But what is the downside if we forget our heritage? President Woodrow Wilson: “A nation which does not remember what it was yesterday, does not know what it is today, nor what it is trying to do.”
Now, The Freedom From Religion Foundation is suing to stop the engraving our of national motto "In God We Trust," and the Pledge of Allegiance at the new Capitol Visitor Center in Washington, DC.
The lawsuit claims the taxpayer-funded engravings would be an unconstitutional endorsement of religion. This is just another attempt by the radical left to ban God from the public square.
The House and Senate passed identical resolutions this month directing the Architect of the Capitol to engrave "In God We Trust" and the Pledge in prominent places at the entrance of the visitor center.
"In God We Trust" became the official national motto in 1956, but the phrase goes back to our founding. The Constitutional authority for our government to mention God is right there in our founding documents. Our Declaration of Independence states the fact our Founding Fathers recognized the existence of God, and referred to Him as “Nature’s God” and “The Creator.”
During the Civil War there were some that felt the United States might not survive the war and they were concerned that future historians might think we were a heathen nation. It was decided that some reference to God should be placed on our money. “In God We Trust” was selected and Congress passed the necessary legislation and was placed on our coins starting in 1864.
In 1954 the phrase “under God” was added to the Pledge of Allegiance. President Eisenhower stated: “In this way we are reaffirming the transcendence of religious faith in America’s heritage and future; in this way we shall constantly strengthen those spiritual weapons which forever will be our country’s most powerful resource in peace and war.”
The text of the bill asserted, “At this moment of our history the principles underlying our American Government and the American way of life are under attack by a system whose philosophy is at direct odds with our own…The inclusion of God in our pledge therefore would further acknowledge the dependence of our people and our government upon the moral directions of the Creator…This is not an act establishing a religion...The phrase ‘under God’ recognizes only the guidance of God in our national affairs.”
It wasn't until 1956, when President Eisenhower signed a bill making “ In God We Trust” our National Motto and authorizing the phrase to be placed on our paper money. In 1977 the Supreme Court upheld the use of the motto in public buildings, including public schools. They said, “The words are a reminder that God is central to the nation’s success.”
Also contact your US Senators and your US Representative and urge them not to allow the atheists and agnostics to censor our nation's rich Judeo-Christian heritage.

Tell Congress to Stop, Look & Listen
A Communistic, Socialistic & Tyrannical government is being formed in our nation and our President, your US Senators and Representatives are supporting this movement.
Our government officials are ignoring the very Constitution that they swore to uphold. Every day, another American freedom is put on the chopping block. This is happening so quickly that the average person does not even know it is happening.
A new NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT (remember 55 mph?) is now being discussed in Washington because of a report of an increase in highway deaths since the national speed limit was repealed. No mention of the fact that we had and increase in vehicles on the road during that same period.
One size does not fit all. Speed limits should be set by state and local authorities and based on local traffic and road conditions, not set by some bureaucrat in DC that has no idea what the conditions are in your area.
These same people want to pass a FEDERAL LAW making it illegal to text while driving. Anyone who texts while driving is an idiot and should be ticketed for distracted driving. Yes, thats right, all states and local areas already have laws against distracted driving, why do we need an unconstitutional federal law when we already have a local law? All we need to do is enforce our present law.
The federal government tells the states that federal highway dollars will be withheld if they do not comply with their demands. The government acts like it is their money, but it is your money that they have confiscated from you by force!
Please contact your two US Senators and your US Representative. Tell them to Stop! -- Look & Listen to their constituents, follow our US Constitution and to pay particular attention to our Tenth Amendment (the powers left to the states).
Remind them that if our Constitution does not authorize something, it is an illegal act.
Also remind them that if they support unconstitutional laws, you will work to see that they do not return to office after the next election,.
I heard on the radio this morning that Sweden and other European countries are finding that their social programs (such as national healthcare) and more government control is not working out very well. They are now trying to downsize government and privatize many social programs.

To check if you are eligible for the “Cash for Clunker” program if you go to the website Cars.gov, -- In “small print” you are informed:
“This application provides access to the DoT CARS system. Once logged on to the CARS system, your computer is considered a Federal Computer system and is the property of the US Government.” !!!!
Thats right, the federal government now owns your computer and everything on it!
Second, Cash for Clunkers actually hurts the poor and lower middle class by taking low priced used cars off the market and destroying them.

Congress is out on their “summer work period” (recess or vacation), but most Congressmen have decided not to hold their usual Town Hall meetings. So it is up to us to bombard their offices with messages of decent from Washington's Healthcare plans. Even Sara Palin calls these plans EVIL!
Let them know you want no part of any government run healthcare system or healthcare insurance program. Contact your US Senators and Representatives local offices everyday this month. Let them know that there is no Constitutional authorization for national healthcare.

The Real ID is a clear attempt to establish a National ID System, and it might be much worse -- an International Identification System. No state currently complies with the burdensome mandates of the 2005 Real ID bill, and twenty-three have passed legislation refusing compliance.
The Obama Administration's Surveillance Czar Janet Napolitano is pushing to get the PASS ID Act up and running and ram this program into action over state opposition. Both these bills are a violation of our US Constitution and our Tenth Amendment.
