Dear Friends,

I will be having a CT scan this Wednesday morning at 10:00 am. My ultrasound results on the 22nd revealed that I have calcification of the gall bladder. My liver has fatty infiltration which may be from my diabetes or the calcification has penetrated through the gall bladder wall. The doctor wants to get a more detailed picture of my gall bladder, liver and pancreas. No visualized abnormality was noted of my pancreas but the pancreatic tail was obscured so a more detailed picture is needed of that area as well.

I truly would covet your prayers in the coming days, knowing as scripture says, that "the prayers of a righteous man prevails much." Knowing that so many friends are praying on my behalf give me great peace. I am resting on His Promises and "under the shadow of His wings will I seek refuge because His faithfulness is my shield and bulwark."

Dear Friends,

I had requested prayer because I was facing a serious health issue. Doctors have always told me my body produces a large amount of calcium but I never thought it would affect my organs. The ultrasound report from May 22nd was not good and all signs led to possible calcification and/or cancer of my organs.

Yesterday morning I had a CT scan and and was told the report would be ready Friday. The doctor's office called me around 3:30 yesterday and told me the report was back and there was NO SIGN OF CALCIFICATION OF THE GALL BLADDER, NO SIGN OF INFILTRATION OF THE LIVER, AND NO SIGN OF DISEASE OF THE PANCREAS! Praise the Lord for His healing touch on my body! Our God is still in the "miracle making" business! We serve a mighty God and His Word says "by my stripes you are healed!" He doesn't say, "by my stripes you may be healed, no, BY MY STRIPES YOU ARE HEALED!"

Thank you so very much for your prayers and thoughts during this time. I am so grateful that in times likes this God has given us friends who will stand by us and support us in prayer. As scripture says" the prayers of a righteous man prevails much." Prayer is not preparation for the battle, it is the battle!

Jesus said " Truly I say to you, if you have faith, and do not doubt, you shall not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, be taken up and cast into the sea, it shall happen. And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive." Matthew 21:21-22.
