Maurita had her lung test yesterday and all went well. She is now ready to talk with the surgeon next week at Vanderbilt about having heart valve surgery. |

Maurita is in Vanderbilt Hospital and she has asked for prayer for her upcoming open heart surgery; possibly Tuesday. She was to have an Arteriogram today in preparation for her valve surgery. She has Dr. Petracek as her surgeon and he is the number one valve man in the country. She has been having trouble breathing and some
pain and rest is important. Please pray for her. |

Maurita is now at home on strong anti-inflammatory medicine to try to clear up the inflammation around the heart. Also she is still taking nitro for the pain and is praying that will soon improve. She is very grateful that with medication she is breathing better and off the oxygen. |
