Jesus Christ being reinvented, redefined, and blasphemed and, this false New-Age Christ teaching is about to make huge inroads into the world, with the help of the queen of television talk shows, Oprah Winfrey.

Oprah Winfrey, beginning January 1, 2008 , on her daily radio program will offer a year-long course on the New Age Christ, in a lesson a day and completely cover the 365 lessons from the Course in Miracles "Workbook."
Listeners will be encouraged to buy A Course in Miracles for the year-long course, and an audio version, recited by Richard ( John Boy Walton) Thomas will be available on compact disc.

Those who finish the Course will have a wholly redefined spiritual mind set—a New Age world view that include the beliefs that there is no sin, no evil, no devil. A Course in Miracles teaches its students to rethink everything they believe about God and life, and, bluntly states: "This is a course in mind training" and is dedicated to "thought reversal."

The Course in Miracles —in reality—is the truth of the Bible turned upside down.

Oprah told her television audience that Williamson's book, A Course in Miracles was one of her favorite books, and that she had already bought a thousand copies and would be handing them out to everyone in her studio audience. Oprah's endorsement skyrocketed Williamson's book to the top of the New York Times best seller list .
A Course in Miracles is allegedly a "new revelation" from "Jesus" to help humanity work through these troubled times. This "Jesus"—who bears no doctrinal resemblance to the Bible's Jesus Christ—began delivering channeled teachings in 1965 to a Columbia University Professor of Medical Psychology, Helen Schucman.
One day Schucman heard an "inner voice" stating, "This is a course in miracles. Please take notes." For seven years she diligently took spiritual dictation from this voice that described himself as "Jesus."

Here are some quotes from the "Jesus" voice of A Course in Miracles:
· "There is no sin. . . "
· A "slain Christ has no meaning."
· "The journey to the cross should be the last 'useless journey."
· "Do not make the pathetic error of 'clinging to the old rugged cross.'"
· "The Name of Jesus Christ as such is but a symbol... It is a symbol that is safely used as a replacement for the many names of all the gods to which you pray ."
· "The recognition of God is the recognition of yourself."
· "The Atonement is the final lesson he [man] need learn, for it teaches him that, never having sinned, he has no need of salvation."

Popular author Wayne Dyer told his PBS television audience that the "brilliant writing" of A Course in Miracles would produce more peace in the world.

The Course in Miracles-based book, Forgiveness, continues to be sold in Robert Schuller's Crystal Cathedral bookstore as Schuller prepares to host a January 17-19, 2008, "Rethink Conference" at his Crystal Cathedral.

It seems that the Queen of Spin has decided to jump onto the bandwagon of Religious Error and False Teaching with this miracles class. Her ideas and errors are nothing new when we search the scriptures.

In Isaiah 5:20-21 the old prophet of God said, “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!” The learned people of Isaiah’s day were perverting the laws of God and the moral laws for their own profit and such is the case with Oprah and her following who are trying to displace the true word of God for profit at the expense of the souls of the many who will follow because of who she is. Sadly because of her prominence in society people will believe the error both spoken and printed.

God knew that man would always try to place his worldly knowledge above His Word, again from Isaiah 55:8-9, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” Later God through inspiration had Paul to write these words in Romans 1:20, “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.” This thought was continued in 1 Corinthians 1:18-26 “For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumbling block, and unto the Greeks foolishness; But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.”

Turning to Paul’s letter to the Galatians 1:8-10 we are told by inspiration those teaching error shall be condemned; “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, of God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.” The gospel of Christ cannot be changed no matter how hard man or woman regardless of how much money they have may try but those that attempt to preach error and cause others to fall will be accursed (condemned) in the last great day.

Those people that teach error for profit or personal gain will always find an audience for scripture teaches us, “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears. And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” II Timothy 4:3-4. Our present day society, the they of these verses, is full of people looking for false teachers that uphold the lies people want to hear and live by even when in violation of God’s Word.

Christ said in Matthew 7:21 “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.” Therefore, all those that teach error in the name of God and Christ will fail in the end and sadly there will be many that following their error in eternal damnation whether you want to believe if or not.

Too many people fail to realize that the last person that God and Christ spoke to in a vision was the Apostle John on the Isle of Patmos. Our revelation from God today is through His printed Word if we will just believe and accept it. “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all god works.” II Timothy 3:16-17.

Isn't it interesting that the first sign Jesus gave for the nearness of His return was deception? I have never seen so much deception in all areas of our lives as I am seeing now. Some deception we fall for because we do not question it. As for this belief of Oprah (I do not watch her), Oprah needs our prayers because she is lost and following Satan.

I am not at all surprised when I read that Oprah Winfrey will offer millions of listeners, on her XM Satellite Radio, a year-long course on New Age Miracles.
Oprah's knowledge of the Word of God is rather limited, because she shows no spiritual discernment. Otherwise, she would have never agreed for her radio reporter friend Marianne Williamson to teach the course on New Age Miracles.

II Timothy 2:14 - "Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers."

II Timothy 2:16 - "But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness."

What nonsense to say, "God is in everything I see." My God has created everything, but He is not in everything I see.

Gen. 1:27 - "God created man in His own image."
What does it mean that man is created in the image of God? It means that man is a trinity just like God is a trinity.

I Thess. 5:23b - . . . And I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless
unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Man is a personality, and as a personality he is self-conscious, he makes his own decisions because he is his own free moral agent. This is included in the fact that man is made in the image of God.

Watch out Oprah and Friends! Paul in II Timothy 3:1-4 is warning you. The New Age Christ (Satan) is blinding your minds. The days of apostasy are at hand.

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; (II Tim.3:1-4).
