Ladybugs have inundated a remote neighborhood on a peak in Jefferson County. What began as a few red dots on drainpipes lower down swelled to swarms blanketing every inch of trees near the mountaintop. Residents talked to local station KUSA only after the reporter promised not to reveal the location of the amazing red masses. Theirs is a small, quiet area, they said. Few live there -- until now.
