Buddy's close callWe put 2 truckloads of sawdust in the barn today. Took 4 stalls and the big barn hall down to the ground and refilled them. It's quite a job but we like our horses to be clean and dry.
After we cleaned Buddy's stall and turned him back into it, he was rolling and got himself cast up against the wall. He couldn't get his feet under himself to get up so my DH had to get him by the halter and pull him across the stall floor so he could get up. I am so thankful that we were there when it happened. Horses have died when that has happened to them. God was looking out for us and him. God is good to all creatures great and small.
