I have a cousin in GA whom I love dearly....she has had much to bare the last few years....and had a colonostomy (sp) a week ago....now her doctor has called and asked her to come into his office on Monday ....after implying that the polyps that were removed were OK....this doesn't bode well in our book.....so...Lets all pray for Ellen....and should it be the big C...ask the Lord for His healing power for her.

Thank you for posting that request for prayers for Ellen. I will certainly add her to my prayer list. If it is the dreaded big C, medical science has come so far in curing even that these days. She just needs to be sure to go to the best doctors possible instead of taking her chances somewhere where they aren't as advanced as in other places......MD Anderson and the Mayo Clinics come to mind but there are others that are excellent also. I have seen such sad endings to lives when they have been trusted to doctors who seem to be functioning in the dark ages. I will pray that this is a false alarm or that the tests need to be done again for accuracy. Most of all, I will pray that if there is a problem, that the Lord will take it away and the doctors will be stumped as to why it was there one minute and gone the next.
Please keep us updated concerning this matter.
