An Unexpected VisitorThis past weekend my wife and I joined a bus load of fellow church members for a trip to PA to see the play "In The Beginning" at the sight and sound theater there, but not before we had an unexpected visitor.
Thursday night we were getting everything ready to leave Friday morning at 7:00AM, when I hear "Honey!!!! YOU BETTER GET OUT HERE!!!!!!!" So I go running to the garage. Lo and behold there's a young possum in the garage! My wife thought it was a giant rat.
Fortunately I was able to coax it out from under the shelf, and out of the garage, but only after backing out the car, and moving a bunch of boxes to create a wall to keep it from going anywhere else. Then we cleaned up the spilled birdseed that may have attracted him to come in in the first place.
