Mary’s Husband Had a Heart Attack - He Is Doing Ok Now

Please pray for Mary's husband and for Mary at this stressful time in their lives.

Mary’s husband Ric had a heart attack in the evening April 27th. He is doing well at this time, praise the Lord. Please pray that will continue to be the case and that he will have a thorough and speedy recovery. See the following thread for updates.

Thanks for posting this, and thank you everyone for your prayers! I was able to get him home today. The last few days have been wild, and I sure didn't get to all the people and places I should have been to keep people informed.

He has 4 prescriptions to take daily now, and needs to see the doctor in about 2 weeks. Meanwhile, rest, proper diet, and light exercise.

Praise the Lord! I know we have all heard of people who died with their first heart attack, so I am very thankful to still have him!

God is so good and I am thankful that he heard and answered everyone's prayers.

I think that by everyone spreading the word probably everyone was kept up to date on everything. I have made a point of keeping my phone numbers in a more accesible place now. I had to skurry like a squirrel to find your home phone number but now I hope it will be easier to find if it is needed again.

Yep, you are so right. Lots of people don't get that second chance with a heart attack. What a blessing that he survived it and now has a chance to recover and stay around old planet earth a while longer with his loved ones. Smile
