I saw a video on Andy Andrew's blog site today and it's about being grateful.  The YouTube video he posted pretty much says it all!  It's titled "Get Back Up."

What a great inspirational video. Thanks for the spiritual lift.
I hope the video will help others as much as it helped me.
It is easy to get caught up in self pity while others are much worse off than we are.
