The extensions look like feathers or leaves of a plant.

The frost was totally different this year. I think it has to do with the new metal garage door. We got rid of the old wood one when one of the springs broke (again).

This is more what it was like last year.

I seriously doubt if anyone would know what those pictures are if you hadn't told us. They look sort of like paintings to me. It would be interesting to print them and ask people their opinions of what they actually are. They are really beautiful. They would be beautiful framed and placed in a room with blue decor.

That one looks like needles from an evergreen "pine" tree. Beautiful.
